“God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.”

My name is Savannah Scherkenback and I am twenty-three years old. I am your typical born and raised Arizonian, so I love spending time outside in the sun. I also love to travel, read, write, as well as hangout with family & friends. Tess and I, as sisters, are very close & love to spend time together.

Whenever people meet us, they are amazed to find that we are outgoing, confident young women with strong personalities who are on fire for God. The world would like to convince everyone that what the three of us girls have to say and all that we are doing is inconsequential. Media would like to portray us as ditzy Scottsdale girls, or brain-washed home-schoolers, or simply as fame-seekers. But they couldn’t be more wrong. Each one of us girls are committed to this cause, to help people, share the gospel, show others the power of God and empower other young people to stand up for what they believe in.

My dream is to complete my college education and then travel the world sharing the truth of the gospel, encouraging and motivating other young men and women to take a stand and let God use them to change this world!

“What we do in life echoes in eternity.”

Make it count!

Some of my favorite verses include:

“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us…but God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

~Romans 5:3-5 & 8~

“Do not be conformed to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is; His good, pleasing, and perfect will.”

~Romans 12:2-3~

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”

 ~Jeremiah 29:11-14~

This photo represents one of my favorite quotes…

“LIFE BEGINS AT THE END OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE”

This always reminds me that whenever God asks something big of us…Whether that is to speak about our faith to friends who may be living a secular lifestyle, or to share the message of freedom on national television…by stepping out of our comfort zone we allow HIM the opportunity to do BIG things.

How is God challenging you to live for HIM?

If you are a young person who is interested in getting involved in a national youth movement to challenge our generation to unite and fight for HOPE, FAITH, & FREEDOM…

Or if you just want to share a testimony of how God is using you to impact your community…
